Moorage

The number of requests for moorage on our commercial docks has increased dramatically over the past few years. We have limited dock space available for recreational moorage and cannot accommodate everyone. Our mandate from the Federal government is to maximize the utility of our docks and parking for our aquaculture and commercial customers.

The operation of our docks is entirely supported by user fees – not taxes or government funding. To ensure the long-term sustainability of our docks, all users have to make a fair financial contribution. If you see a vessel, or vehicle, that does not have a sticker, please let us know as soon as possible.

To apply for moorage, click on the appropriate link below.

Submitting a moorage request is not a reservation, and does not guarantee space at the dock.

Please wait until you hear back from HACI staff before you bring your vessel to the dock. Payment must be received in full prior to mooring.

Transient Moorage – for up to 3 days – at our Transient Moorage page.

Moorage for longer than 3 days – either a new application or renewal of your moorage agreement from last year.

Before starting an application, please read our Dock Use and Moorage Policies and Moorage Agreement. You will need to sign the application form at the bottom to indicate you have read and agree to everything in this document.

Thank you.
